System integration moves agreed information between applications or services. DeshTech can discuss the intended data flow, available APIs and operational responsibilities before defining an implementation scope.
Discuss Your Project01 / Service fit
A one-time import, scheduled synchronization and real-time connection require different designs. Prefer the simplest data flow that meets the business need. Confirm the vendor terms and sandbox access before committing to features or delivery dates.
02 / Scope
Identify the source and destination systems, API availability, authentication requirements and provider restrictions. A public product name alone does not confirm integration access.
Specify fields, validation, identifiers and which system is authoritative. Agree synchronization direction, timing, duplicate prevention and how conflicting records are handled.
Plan timeouts, retry limits, error queues and reconciliation. Provider changes, expired credentials and API quotas need an owner and an operational response.
03 / Decisions
Name a source of truth for every important record. Consider a scheduled import when live synchronization is unnecessary; fewer moving parts can simplify support. For sensitive data, agree the minimum fields to transfer and the authorization required at each system.
04 / Delivery
Begin with the current environment and the business outcome. Agree the responsibilities, deliverables and acceptance criteria before implementation. Work can then be divided into reviewable stages, with changes and dependencies recorded. The handover should identify account ownership, documentation and the route for any separately agreed ongoing support.
List what will be delivered and who accepts it. Include required access, dependencies and any third-party approvals. This creates a shared basis for reviewing progress and changes.
Identify the documentation, accounts and day-to-day tasks the business needs. Ongoing care is separately agreed; it should not rely on an assumption that launch includes unlimited future support.
05 / Budget and responsibilities
The estimate depends on API quality, field mapping, volume, authentication, historical data and exception handling. External subscriptions, provider approvals and future API changes can affect cost and timing.
The final proposal determines the supported platforms, included work and operational commitments for this engagement. Third-party licences, subscriptions and provider limitations should be visible in the scope. A clearly defined first stage is more useful than assuming every related task is included.
06 / Get ready
Share the current systems or website, the task you want to improve, the people involved and the intended timeline. Include known constraints and available documentation. Do not send passwords, customer records or sensitive operational details through a public enquiry; access arrangements can be agreed privately.
Questions / Answers
Not necessarily. Available APIs, export/import capabilities, licensing, access restrictions and data quality determine what is practical.
Define stable identifiers, source-of-truth rules and reconciliation behavior during design. Blindly copying every update in both directions can create conflicts.
Send the current website or system context, the business goal and the required functions through the project enquiry. Scope, dependencies, timing and ownership can then be discussed before a proposal is agreed.
