Discuss office connectivity and infrastructure requirements with DeshTech, including the physical location, existing equipment and the people who operate it. Equipment supply, installation and ongoing support need clear boundaries.
Discuss Your Project01 / Service fit
A weak internet connection, poor Wi-Fi coverage and a local application problem can look similar to users. Establish the actual fault or requirement before replacing equipment. Confirm service location and on-site availability during scope; no nationwide physical response promise is implied.
02 / Scope
Identify users, sites, coverage areas, devices and business-critical traffic. Site conditions, cabling and connectivity providers influence the solution and whether a physical survey is needed.
Scope LAN, Wi-Fi, segmentation, remote-access or related configuration according to verified requirements. Agree administrative accounts, change ownership and access controls.
Record equipment, configurations, credentials ownership and diagrams in the agreed handover. Define who handles provider faults, hardware replacement and future changes.
03 / Decisions
Plan around user locations and business applications, then identify the equipment and provider work required. Record who controls administrative accounts and which changes need approval. Avoid turning a connectivity incident into an undocumented collection of temporary workarounds.
04 / Delivery
Begin with the current environment and the business outcome. Agree the responsibilities, deliverables and acceptance criteria before implementation. Work can then be divided into reviewable stages, with changes and dependencies recorded. The handover should identify account ownership, documentation and the route for any separately agreed ongoing support.
List what will be delivered and who accepts it. Include required access, dependencies and any third-party approvals. This creates a shared basis for reviewing progress and changes.
Identify the documentation, accounts and day-to-day tasks the business needs. Ongoing care is separately agreed; it should not rely on an assumption that launch includes unlimited future support.
05 / Budget and responsibilities
Cost depends on site survey, hardware, cabling, configuration, number of locations and support coverage. Hardware warranties and internet-provider service levels are separate from configuration work.
The final proposal determines the supported platforms, included work and operational commitments for this engagement. Third-party licences, subscriptions and provider limitations should be visible in the scope. A clearly defined first stage is more useful than assuming every related task is included.
06 / Get ready
Share the current systems or website, the task you want to improve, the people involved and the intended timeline. Include known constraints and available documentation. Do not send passwords, customer records or sensitive operational details through a public enquiry; access arrangements can be agreed privately.
Questions / Answers
Equipment supply, ownership, warranty and installation must be specified in the proposal. Configuration work does not automatically include new hardware.
Share the locations, connectivity and required access first. Practical on-site and remote coverage must be confirmed for the engagement.
Send the current website or system context, the business goal and the required functions through the project enquiry. Scope, dependencies, timing and ownership can then be discussed before a proposal is agreed.
